A store credit may be issued by GONG Galaxy in the following cases:
Order cancellation
Order modification
Withdrawal
When you request a cancellation or modification of an order, you may indicate whether you want to be refunded to your original payment method or in the form of store credit. This credit is personal, non-transferable, and usable only by the account holder. This credit has no expiration date and is not refundable.
You can check the available balance from your account, and use the balance when placing an order. The store credit is offered to you as a payment method.
