Your code will be sent automatically by email 30 days after your full order has been delivered, provided that the product has not been cancelled, returned or refunded.

Your Cashback code is valid for 6 months from the date it is issued.

The code can be used once on gong-galaxy.com, from the customer account linked to the original order.

It cannot be combined with another promotional code and must be used in full on a single order. Any unused amount will be permanently lost.

No. Cashback is not a cash refund or bank credit. It is provided exclusively in the form of a personal, non-transferable discount code.

If the eligible product is cancelled, returned or refunded, the Cashback will be cancelled or recalculated.
