You have the option to pay by credit card (either in a single payment or in installments) or by bank transfer. If you are experiencing difficulties with online payment, please refer to this article.

When making a purchase on our site, you have several payment options:

• Online Payments.

  • Single Payment.
    The following cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Bancontact, Ideal, Giropay, EPS.
    You also have the option to use Google Pay and Apple Pay.

  • Installment Payments.
    This option is available in the following countries: France (mainland France, French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Mayotte, Réunion), Spain, Portugal, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, Ireland.
    Installment payment is available through our partner Alma, for orders between a minimum of 100€ and a maximum of 4500€.

• Bank Transfer.

  • Immediate Transfer.
    This will be conducted via our partner Fintecture.

  • Bank Transfer.
    The transfer must appear in our accounts within five days.
    If the funds are not received within this period, the order will be automatically cancelled, and the products will be restocked.
    We therefore advise you to take note of the deadlines, especially for international transfers.

• Payment at the GONG Space Center.

  • Credit Card.
    Note that installment payments are not available at the shop.

  • Cash.
    Up to the legal maximum limit of 1000€.

Checks or holiday vouchers are not accepted.
