My payment is pending

When you choose to pay by bank transfer, your order status changes to "awaiting payment" and the products are reserved for you for 5 days, until payment is received.

Transfers received are checked once a day by our accounting department. Instant transfers are also validated at that time.

Upon receiving the bank transfer, our accounting department will validate the order, and you will receive a confirmation email. If we do not receive the payment within 5 days, our system will automatically cancel the order.

Transfers can take several days to arrive, especially for international payments, and are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
