To access your orders, no password is needed, just log in to your GONG account:
From the GONG website, click on Login at the top right
Enter your email.
Open your email inbox and retrieve the 6-digit login code that has been sent to you. This code is valid for 15 minutes.
Enter this code and you will be logged in!
