Find the serial number of my product

When you register an aftersale request, we will ask you for the serial number for certain products.

The products that have a serial number are as follows:

• Wing

• Kite

• Inflatable board

• Rigid board

• Carbon mast

For all other products, you can submit your request by leaving the serial number field empty.

• Serial number of a wing or a kite

The serial number is located on the tips, near the ear.
Examples: Wing l Kite

• Serial number of an inflatable board

The serial number is located on the rail or the tail.
Examples: Hipe Perf l Hipe First l SUP First

• Serial number of a rigid board

The serial number is located on the hull.
Examples: Wingboard l Surfboard l Kiteboard l Rigid SUP

• Serial number of a carbon mast

The serial number is located on the top plate.
Example: Carbon mast
