FAQ – Ride-Back Guarantee™: Return Possible After Trial

What is the Ride-Back Guarantee™?

The Ride-Back Guarantee™ is a commercial guarantee offered by GONG Galaxy, applicable only to new kites and bars purchased on our website, valid until December 31, 2025.
It allows you to test the equipment for 30 days from the date of receipt and return it if it does not meet your expectations.
This guarantee is distinct from the legal right of withdrawal (14 days): it extends it with specific conditions.

Eligibility Conditions

To benefit from the Ride-Back Guarantee™, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The product (kite or kite + bar set) must be new and purchased directly from www.gong-galaxy.com.

  • The return must be notified within 30 days of receipt, via the dedicated form.

  • The product may have been used, but it must be returned:

    • clean and dry,

    • without structural damage,

    • with all its original components (bag, accessories, manual, etc.).

  • The return and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

    ⚠️ IMPORTANT: the option to return only the bar is not possible. The return of a bar under the Ride-Back Guarantee™ is only accepted if it is done together with a kite purchased in the same order.

How to Make a Return via the Ride-Back Guarantee™?

  1. Fill out this return form (one submission per order):

  2. Carefully pack the equipment. The equipment must be returned with the carrier of your choice, clean, dry, without structural damage, and with all original components (bag, accessories, manual, etc.).
    It must be sent with this form in the package to the following address:

    The product(s) returned under the Ride-Back Guarantee™ must be packed separately from any other return

  3. Ship it with the carrier of your choice (⚠️ in case of customs return – see below).

Customers Outside the European Union – Mandatory Attention

If you are returning from a country subject to customs formalities, you must contact our support before any shipment.
Any package sent without prior validation may be refused upon delivery and returned at your expense.

Refund Timeline and Terms

Once the product is received and checked by our teams:

  • If the product is deemed compliant, you will be refunded the amount paid for it.
    The refund will be processed within 14 days after receipt.

  • Shipping costs (to and from) are not refunded.

  • The refund will be made via the original payment method (or in the form of a credit if paid by gift card, discount, etc.).
