Neoprene: free returns until December 31, 2025

The free returns offer applies from November 12 to December 31, 2025.
It covers all eligible neoprene products delivered within the European Union.
⚠️ Switzerland, Norway, and other customs territories are excluded.

All neoprene items in the following categories:

• Wetsuits

• Shorties

• Booties

• Gloves

• Wetsuit tops

• Neoprene jackets

• Impact vests

• Hoods and beanies

Free returns apply to products from the following brands:

• GONG

• Billabong

• Roxy

• Vissla

• Sisstr

• Patagonia

• Prolimit

Returns follow the usual procedure (Return or exchange a product).

• The product must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.

• Trying on the product is allowed.

• Free return shipping: you will receive a prepaid return label provided when you submit your return request.

• Initial shipping costs are refunded once the product has been returned and inspected at the GONG Space Center.

• Access your return portal directly from your account.

• Select the eligible neoprene item(s).

• Download the prepaid return label.

• Drop the package at your nearest post office.

⚠️ After December 31, 2025, the free returns offer will no longer apply. Any return made after this date cannot be accepted under the conditions listed above.
