Neoprene: Free Returns

This applies to all eligible neoprene products shipped within the European Union.
⚠️ Switzerland, Norway and other customs territories are excluded.

All neoprene items in the following categories:

• Wetsuits

• Shorties

• Booties / booties

• Gloves

• Neoprene tops

• Neoprene jackets

• Impact jackets

• Hoods and caps

Free returns apply to products from the following brands:

• GONG

• Billabong

• Roxy

• Vissla

• Sisstr

• Patagonia

• Prolimit

Returns are made using the usual procedure (Return or exchange a product).

• The product must be new, not used, and in its original packaging.

• Trying on is allowed.

• Free return shipping: you will receive a prepaid return label provided when you request the return.

• Initial shipping costs refundedonce the product is returned and checked at the GONG Space Center.

1. Access your returns dashboard directly from your account.

2. Select the eligible neoprene item(s).

3. Download the prepaid return label.

4. Drop off the package at the nearest post office.
