Shipping to a Boat in Transit

Edited

1. Can I have my order delivered while on my boat?

Yes, delivery is possible while you are on your boat, as long as it is docked in a marina. To ensure smooth delivery, it is important to check the delivery conditions in advance, especially if you want the parcel delivered to a marina or a port with restricted access.

2. How does delivery to a marina work?

If you want your parcel delivered to a marina:

  • Contact the marina or harbour master’s office before the delivery to confirm that deliveries are accepted and to ask which information is required.

  • Provide the delivery address exactly as recommended by the marina.

  • If no specific instructions are given, we recommend the following format:

    • Your full name

    • Marina name + full address

    • Boat name

  • Provide as much detail as possible, such as the dock or slip number and a local contact phone number.

3. Can I use a PO box instead?

No, we do not ship to PO boxes. We strongly recommend using a physical address with easy access, such as a residential or business address.

4. What about customs duties and taxes?

Customs duties, taxes, and handling fees may apply depending on the delivery country. These fees are set by local authorities and remain the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot estimate them in advance.

5. What happens if I leave before the delivery?

If the parcel cannot be delivered, is delayed, or if you have already left the marina, it may be returned to our warehouse and shipping costs will not be refunded. Please make sure you will be at the delivery location long enough to receive your parcel.
