Can I have my order delivered to a Military Hub?

Yes, we deliver to French Military Hubs (Secteur Postal – SP).

These addresses are handled by the French military postal service and follow a specific process.

How is my parcel shipped?

  • Shipping is carried out from France via Colissimo.

  • The parcel transits through the Poste aux Armées (Vincennes).

Final delivery is then handled by the military postal network, including for overseas operations (OPEX).

Delivery times may be longer and less predictable than standard shipments.

Are there any customs formalities?

No. Shipments to a Military Hub are considered domestic French shipments:

  • no customs declaration is required,

  • any specific formalities are handled internally by the armed forces.

Is the shipping rate different?

No. The rate applied is the standard Colissimo France rate, with no additional charge related to the final military destination.

What address format should I use?

The address format must be strictly respected. Otherwise, the shipment will be blocked.

Mandatory format:

  • Last Name / First Name (rank optional)

  • Address line 1: SP XXXXX (Postal Sector number provided by the administration)

  • City: Hub Armée

  • Postal code:

    • 00100 → French Navy

    • 00200 → Other armed forces

  • Country: France

Never indicate:

  • OPEX

  • The actual geographical address

Only the SP address + “Hub Armée” is authorized.

We recommend having your address validated internally before placing your order.

Can I benefit from VAT exemption?

Yes, under certain conditions.

Request before payment

  1. Place your order on the website.

  2. Select bank transfer payment.

  3. Do not proceed with the payment immediately.

  4. Contact our customer service and provide:

    • Your order number

    • Your SP number

    • Your Military Status Certificate (Certificat de Position Militaire – CPM)

We will adjust your order excluding VAT, after which you may proceed with the payment.

My order is already paid — can I recover the VAT?

Yes. Please contact our customer service and provide:

  • your order number,

  • your SP number,

  • your Military Status Certificate (CPM),

  • your bank details (IBAN and BIC/SWIFT).

The VAT refund will be issued via bank transfer, regardless of your original payment method.

Are there product restrictions?

Yes, due to Colissimo shipping constraints.

Not shippable to a Military Hub:

  • Rigid boards (dimensions exceeding Colissimo limits)

  • Aerosols (spray paint cans, etc.)

  • Knives and similar items

Colissimo limits:

  • Maximum weight: 20 kg

  • Maximum length: 100 cm

  • L + W + H ≤ 150 cm

What about NATO bases or destinations outside a Military Hub?

These situations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Please contact customer service before placing your order to verify:

  • logistical feasibility,

  • required documentation,

  • costs and delivery times.

How does tracking work?

  • Colissimo tracking is active until arrival at the Poste aux Armées.

  • Final delivery is handled by the military postal network.

  • Tracking updates may be less frequent depending on the location.

The logistics contact or unit mail clerk is generally the final relay.
