Why have I received an email from Hellmann about my GONG order?
Hellmann Worldwide Logistics is our logistics partner responsible for customs clearance of your GONG order entering the UK.
You may receive an email from Geodisimports@hellmann.com asking you to complete a form to authorise Hellmann to handle customs clearance on your behalf.
What do I need to do?
To avoid delays with your shipment:
Open the email from Hellmann and click Digital Opening Pack UK.
Select United Kingdom, then Customs Information.
Complete the form using your personal details and the instructions in our [step-by-step guide](LINK TO ADD).
Sign and submit the form.
Once submitted, Hellmann can proceed with the customs clearance process.
Will I have to pay additional customs fees?
If your order was purchased with import taxes and duties included, you should not have to pay these taxes again.
Hellmann’s standard email may mention additional customs clearance fees. These do not necessarily apply to your order.
If you’re asked to make an additional payment, please contact our Customer Service team before paying.
Will this delay my delivery?
Completing the form promptly helps avoid unnecessary delays.
Once Hellmann has received the required information, your shipment can continue through the customs clearance process.
