Some items are available for pre-order while they are in transit to our warehouses. You have the option to purchase an item that will be delivered to our facility at a later date.

The date indicated on the product page is an estimated arrival date at our warehouse. In the event of any delays, you will be notified via email.

Upon arrival at our premises, orders are processed within 3 working days.

For shipments to :

• EU member countries, available products are dispatched within three working days, and pre-orders are shipped upon arrival at our facility.

• Outside the EU, the entire order will be dispatched upon receipt of the last pre-order product.

The same order may contain stock and pre-order items. The total amount of the order is due at the time of validation.
