Payment failure
Card payments can fail for various reasons. Here are the most common:
You have reached your monthly payment limit, or an online payment limit. Please check with your bank.
The currency is not set to Euro.
Your credit card is not accepted by the site (e.g., American Express or Electron cards, for example).
There is a special character in the billing address.
You made an error when entering your details online.
You have not validated the security confirmation on your phone (PSD2 directive).
The Internet connection has been interrupted during your banking transaction.
The browser does not support the payment. Try using a different browser/device.
You have taken too long to enter the information.
If the credit card payment still doesn't go through, please check in with your bank. You can also choose a bank transfer payment, or contact us through our contact form.
