Payment failure

Edited

Card payments can fail for various reasons. Here are the most common:

  • You have reached your monthly payment limit, or an online payment limit. Please check with your bank.

  • The currency is not set to Euro.

  • Your credit card is not accepted by the site (e.g., American Express or Electron cards, for example).

  • There is a special character in the billing address.

  • You made an error when entering your details online.

  • You have not validated the security confirmation on your phone (PSD2 directive).

  • The Internet connection has been interrupted during your banking transaction.

  • The browser does not support the payment. Try using a different browser/device.

  • You have taken too long to enter the information.

If the credit card payment still doesn't go through, please check in with your bank. You can also choose a bank transfer payment, or contact us through our contact form.
