At the time of purchasing a gift card, you can choose to send it to your email address or to the recipient's email.

The gift code will be linked to the email address provided at this stage, and can only be used with that email.

If you want to change the address associated with the code, please contact us through the contact form.

Each gift code has an expiration date specified when you receive it. Check this date to avoid the code expiring, as we can't extend its validity.

Our gift codes are designed for one-time use. Once you've applied the code to make a purchase or transaction, it can't be reused.
