Pay in installments or defer payment
Our partner ALMA offers a financing solution that allows you to pay for your order in 3 or 4 installments, provided certain conditions are met.
For this type of payment, the minimum purchase amount is €100, and the maximum is €4500.
Access Conditions
Installment payments are available with ALMA for deliveries in these countries:
- France (only for the following territories: Metropolitan France, French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Mayotte, Réunion)
- Spain
- Portugal
- Germany
- Italy
- Belgium
- Netherlands
- Luxembourg
- Austria
- Ireland
If the Client wishes to pay for their order in installments, they must accept ALMA's general and specific terms and conditions.
Good to Know
In case of:
- Cancellation of your order: The amount of the order is refunded (excluding fees) by a first transfer, and then the amount of the fees by a second transfer, using the payment method used at the time of the order.
- Inability to pay the installment on time, contact ALMA directly via this link.
Our customer service will not be able to assist you in this specific case.
- Non-payment, ALMA's collections team will contact you to regularize your defaulted payments.
