Return or exchange a product

You have a 14-day withdrawal right to return any new product that does not meet your needs.

To qualify for a return, the product must be new, unused, and in its original condition. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

To send back a package, please prepare your order number and click on this link. You will then be able to follow the indicated steps. Your order will appear only if it has been fully fulfilled. If it's not the case already please get in touch with us.

Once we receive the package, it will be inspected. Please allow 3 business days for this process. A refund will be processed within 12 business days.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, for example, we will issue a refund. You can then place a new order for the desired product, subject to availability.
