Return or exchange a product

You have a 14-day withdrawal right to return any new product that does not meet your needs.

To qualify for a return, the product must be new, unused, and in its original condition. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

To return a parcel, please have your order number ready and click on this link.

You can also initiate the return directly from your account, under the "Orders" tab:

Select the order for which you want to return one or more items, and click the button in the "Submit a return" section.

Then follow the steps indicated.

Once we receive the package at our warehouse, we will check that the returned product(s) meet our return conditions.
Processing the return usually takes up to 3 business days.
Your refund will then be issued within approximately twelve business days.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, for example, we will issue a refund. You can then place a new order for the desired product, subject to availability.

⚠️ If the return is not possible from your account, it means that the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.
