Return or exchange a product

You have a 14-day withdrawal right to return any new product that does not meet your needs.

To qualify for a return, the product must be new, unused, and in its original condition. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

To return a parcel, please have your order number ready and click on this link.

In the "Orders" section (at the bottom), select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return, then click "Details". From there, you can click the "Return order" button.
Just follow the steps shown on the screen.

Once we receive the package, it will be inspected. Please allow 3 business days for this process. A refund will be processed within 12 business days.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, for example, we will issue a refund. You can then place a new order for the desired product, subject to availability.
