Return or exchange a product
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal to return or exchange a new product that does not meet your needs.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be new, unused, and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

You can also process the return or exchange directly from your account, in the "Orders" section:
Select the order for which you want to return one or more items, and click the button in the "RETURN MY ORDER" section.
Then follow the steps indicated. Different return or exchange options will then be offered.
Once we receive your package at our warehouse, we will check that the returned product(s) meet our return or exchange conditions.
The processing of a return or exchange usually takes up to 3 business days.
If you choose a refund, it will be issued within approximately 12 business days.
Please note that we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, for example, we will issue a refund. You can then place a new order for the desired product, subject to availability.
⚠️ If the return is not possible from your account, it means that the 14-day withdrawal period has expired. Your product will therefore not be accepted for return or exchange.
