Reception of a damaged package

Despite our efforts to ensure reinforced packaging, your parcel may be damaged during transport. Whatever the damage, we will never leave you alone in this situation, so please contact us as soon as possible.

If:

  • The cardboard packaging is damaged, you must issue detailed reservations about the condition of the parcel on the delivery note or refuse the parcel in order to open an appropriate complaint file.

  • The damage was not visible before unpacking the parcel, send us clear pictures of the box and the damaged product.

Do not throw anything away: keep the damaged packaging and its contents until we have resolved the problem. We may need additional information or evidence to process your claim effectively.
