Refund for a Withdrawal

The refund terms indicated below apply only to product returns within the scope of a withdrawal.

The refund can be made through a credit to your bank account or your GONG account. Amounts credited to the GONG account are valid for one year. Amounts paid with gift vouchers will be refunded by default in the form of a gift voucher.

Return costs are always the responsibility of the customer, according to the following terms:

• Return from the EU: The refund will be calculated based on the shipping costs paid for the product (product amount and associated delivery costs), from which the return cost will be deducted.
  
  Please note that since the return shipping costs are the same as the outbound shipping costs, the refund amount will correspond to the price of the product(s).
  

  This amount may differ in the case of reshipping a rigid board or a paddle, where the shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Outbound shipping costs will be refunded.
  

• Return from a non-EU country: You will pay the return costs directly to the carrier of your choice.
  You will be refunded for the product and associated outbound shipping costs.
