What is the offer period?
For any product received between November 10, 2025 and January 2, 2026 (inclusive), the legal withdrawal period is automatically extended until January 15, 2026.
You do not need to take any action — the extension is applied automatically.
What are the conditions to benefit from this extension?
To be accepted, the product must be:
new,
unused,
in its original condition.
Your return will be processed following the usual withdrawal procedure.
What happens after January 15, 2026?
If you exceed this date, your withdrawal period will automatically revert to the standard legal timeframe:
14 days after receipt for any order placed outside the November 10, 2025 to January 2, 2026 period.
