GONG has no influence over :
the choice of local partner (Streck),
the amount of fees applied,
the payment terms requested by Streck.
My tracking shows “delivery refused,” should I worry?
No, in the vast majority of cases.
This status usually means that:
the payment of fees (VAT and/or processing) is pending,
the parcel is not actually refused, but simply temporarily held.
Once payment is made to Swiss Post or Streck, delivery automatically resumes.
