Territories with Delivery Duty Charges

Edited

For the majority of international orders, the prices shown include taxes and import fees.

However, for certain zones or territories, these charges cannot be paid at the time of ordering.

This arrangement is not dependent on GONG and applies to all shipments to these zones.

How does it work?

At the time of order, you pay:

  • the price of the products

  • the shipping costs

Upon delivery, customs duties and clearance fees may be charged.

No additional charges are added by GONG after your order.

Why aren’t these charges included?

Technically, carriers servicing these destinations do not offer DDP terms. Shipments are therefore treated as standard imports under the DAP term:

  • taxes and fees are managed locally

  • they are collected by the carrier or authorities

  • they cannot be included in the purchase price

Territories involved

  • French Polynesia

  • New Caledonia

  • Saint Martin

  • Saint Barthélemy
