Here are the key tips for placing your first order:
Filling your cart: Browse our range and add your favorites to your cart. Availability is indicated on each product page to guide you.
Choosing the delivery method: You can choose between delivery to the address you want, or free pick-up at our GONG Space Center, open Monday to Saturday from 10 am. to 7 pm.
Confirming the order: Once your selection is made, proceed to the confirmation step by clicking on "validate your order".
Entering billing and delivery details: Provide your personal or business information. Note that you will need to provide a local phone number for delivery. To enter a delivery address different from your billing address, check the dedicated box. Caution: once the order is placed, the billing and delivery addresses cannot be modified.
Check and pay: We offer two payment methods:
Payment by credit card (CB): Payments by card are secured by Société Générale. Also, note that the charge is made at the time of purchase. Do you want to pay later or in installments? From 150 euros of purchases, you can do so through our partner PLEDG.
Payment by transfer: use the banking details provided in the order confirmation email. Without receipt of payment within 6 days, the order will be automatically canceled.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email. Don't forget to check your spam folder!
