Understand my order's status

Check the status of your order from the Orders tab in your account.

The order is :

  • Failed: If your credit card payment fails, try again via My Account / Orders. If not validated within 1 hour, the order will be marked as Cancelled. For any difficulties, see our Payment Failure article.

  • Cancelled: the order is automatically cancelled if payment has failed or if the bank transfer is not received within 5 days.

  • In progress: the order is validated and will be prepared within 3 working days.

  • Completed: the order has been dispatched or is available for collection.

  • Refunded: the order is partially or fully refunded.

  • In error: a transfer between warehouses is in progress. If the status does not change within 2 working days, please contact us.
