Several explanations are possible if a product seems to be missing from your order:

  • Package Inspection: Please check the contents of the package and the packaging before discarding them.

  • Multiple Package Delivery: Ensure that the product is supposed to be in this parcel. The tracking email indicates the products contained in each package.

  • Pre-ordered Product: If the item is on pre-order, it will be sent to you within three business days from the specified product reception date. You can find this information in the order confirmation email. You can also refer to this article for a better understanding of how pre-orders work.

  • Excluded item: Check the details of the included items on the product page under the "equipment" tab.
