Changing the delivery address is possible under the following conditions:

  • Your order has not yet been shipped.

  • The destination country remains the same as the one selected when ordering.

The VAT of the destination country must be applied to the order. If you need to change the delivery country, please contact customer support to cancel your order.

You will then be able to place a new order with the correct delivery information, VAT and shipping costs will be automatically adjusted.

Changing the billing address is not possible. We can not accept any invoice modification requests.
