Adding a product.

It's not possible to add an item to an already placed order. In this case, there are two options:

• Place a separate order for the forgotten product.

• Cancel your original order and place a new order including all the items you want.

Cancelling a product.

You can cancel one or more products as long as your order hasn't been shipped yet. If this is the case, please contact us through the contact form so we can handle your request.

Modifying a product.

It's not possible to change or replace an item in your order. You can either:

• Cancel the item and place a new order for the product you want.

• Cancel the whole order and place a new order with all the correct items.
