When you place an order, we commit to preparing and shipping your order within three business days.

Here's what you need to know:

  • Order Shipment: Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking link. Remember to check your spam!

  • Pre-orders: In the case of a pre-order, consult this article to know when your order will be shipped.

  • Business days: We invite you to ensure that the delay is not due to a public holiday or a weekend.

  • Order Tracking: If your tracking link does not update, consult this article for more information.
