Delivery in French Overseas Territories

Edited

When ordering our products from the French Overseas Territories (DOM-TOM), your order will be billed excluding taxes (HT).

Customs duties will apply and are calculated based on several factors, including:

  • Customs value (the purchase cost of the product plus shipping fees)

  • Product type (customs classification)

  • Country of origin

  • "Octroi de mer", a local tax on imported goods in the DOM, is also applied.

The rate varies depending on the territory and the product. Please check with local customs authorities for details.

We ship all our products to the DOM-TOM, except for :

  • rigid boards

  • fixed paddles

  • and flammable products (epoxy resin, Tikal, etc.)

If you wish to have a rigid board or a paddle delivered, you can use a freight forwarder. This article is here to guide you through the process of shipping with a freight forwarder.

For products purchased and delivered within mainland France, you may be eligible for a VAT refund under certain conditions. Check this article to see if you qualify and learn about the procedure.
