Arranging the Delivery of a Rigid Board or Fixed Paddle Outside the European Union

Edited

To ship a rigid board or a fixed paddle outside the European Union, you must go through a freight forwarder. Here are the key steps to ensure an efficient delivery.

1. Get a Quote from a Freight Forwarder and Provide the Required Information

Before shipping your order, contact a freight forwarder to obtain a quote. You will need to provide packaging details (parcel dimensions and weight).

To speed up the process, please send us the following information based on your situation:

  • If you have already placed an order: Your order number.

  • If you have not yet placed an order: A complete list of products to be shipped, including their references.

Important: Double-check your order before contacting us. Once the package is prepared, no additional items can be added.

2. Quote Validation and Coordination with Our Logistics Team

Once the freight forwarder's quote has been approved, please inform us. To ensure fast shipment, we will connect your freight forwarder with our logistics team.

3. Parcel Collection by the Freight Forwarder

The freight forwarder can collect your order directly from the GONG Space Center. Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to arrange the pickup.

📍 Pickup Address:

GONG Space Center
19 rue Fernand Nouvion
44600 Saint-Nazaire, France

🕒 Opening Hours:

Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 4 PM

4. Export Document and VAT Refund

Once the products have been shipped, the freight forwarder will provide you with an export document. This document is essential if you wish to request a refund of the French VAT.

By following these steps, you can ship your rigid board or fixed paddle outside the European Union with complete peace of mind.

Good to know: Billing is automatically processed based on the delivery country. A French VAT refund is possible upon presentation of the DAU (Single Administrative Document), usually provided by the freight forwarder.
