If you're looking to have a rigid board or fixed paddle delivered outside the European Union, we recommend contacting a freight forwarder to handle the shipping of your order.

Here's what you need to know:

• Collection of the package is possible by the freight forwarder at our pickup depot. Please, tell us before. You can also send it to the forwarder's address in France at your expense.

• Necessary informations (packaging dimensions and weight or pickup hours) are available from our customer service team.

Regarding VAT, you will be automatically billed based on the delivery country. French VAT is refundable upon presentation of the DAU, a document typically provided by your freight forwarder.
