If you reside outside the European Union and intend to export your products to your country of residence, you have three options:

• VAT refund via Zapptax.
  You choose delivery in France and export the goods yourself outside the EU. Follow the Zapptax procedure to obtain a VAT refund.

• Export by forwarding agent.
  You use a forwarder to export the goods outside the EU. The VAT will be refunded on presentation of the export receipt. Check this article for more information.

• Tax-free invoicing.
  The order is shipped directly outside the EU, and no VAT is charged at the time of ordering. The carrier will reach out to you to collect local VAT, customs and handling charges.
