Tax free order

If you reside outside the European Union and intend to export your products to your country of residence, you have three options:

• VAT refund via Zapptax.
  You choose delivery in France and export the goods yourself outside the EU. Follow the Zapptax procedure to obtain a VAT refund.

• Export by forwarding agent.
  You use a forwarder to export the goods outside the EU. The VAT will be refunded on presentation of the export receipt. Check this article for more information.

• Tax-free invoicing.
  The order is shipped directly from outside the EU; any taxes, customs duties and import processing fees will be payable when you place your order.
